Mixture of type 0 flour, type 1 wheat flour, turmeric (2%).

Instructions for use:

Thanks to its alveographic characteristics, it is a versatile and multipurpose product: ideal for baking and for both sweet and savory bakery products (bread, breadsticks, crackers, dry pastries, shortcrust pastry and cakes). Turmeric, a spice with digestive, detoxifying and anti-inflammatory properties, makes the finished products healthy, as well as pleasant in appearance and with a delicate spicy flavour.
