Remilled durum wheat semolina, with a high yellow index, cylinder-ground.

Instructions for use:

Semolina with a high yellow index, which gives pasta and other products an intense amber yellow color. Ideal for bread making and leavened baked goods (pizza, focaccia, direct doughs) and fresh pasta. Suitable for soft doughs requiring good hydration (55-65%).
