Organic pasta made from stone-ground "Perciasacchi" durum wheat semolina.

Instructions for use:

Available shapes: TAGLIATELLE, FUSILLI.

Bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures. Its rough surface holds all the condiments like no other and its flavour allows it to combine perfectly with all condiments, from the most traditional, such as ragù or tomato and basil, to the richest and most original, meat or fish based, seasonal vegetables.
