Organic wholemeal pasta made from stone-ground "Perciasacchi" durum wheat semolina.

Bronze-drawn pasta, slowly dried at low temperatures. Its rough surface keeps perfectly the sauces and the other condiments and its flavour, intensified by the fibres, allows it to combine perfectly with the most traditional sauces, such as ragù or tomato and basil, to the richest and most sophisticated meat or fish-based condiments, as well as seasonal vegetables.
