Bronze-drawn pasta, slowly dried at low temperatures. Its rough surface holds all the condiments well and its pleasant flavour allows it to be paired with any sauce and any recipe, from the most traditional, such as ragù or tomato and basil, to the richest and most sophisticated, meat on fish based and seasonal vegetables.
