Organic wholemeal pasta made from stone-ground Russello durum wheat semolina.

Bronze-drawn pasta and slowly dried at low temperatures. Its rough surface holds all the sauces like no other and its flavour, made more intense by the high content of fibres, makes it perfect to accompany strong sauces, for example with game meat. You can also enjoy them with more traditional sauces, such as ragù or tomato and basil, or light ones based on seasonal vegetables.
