Instructions for use:

Ideal for making soft homemade bread and other aromatic and digestible baked products. It can be used alone for slightly leavened doughs, both sweet (shortcrust pastries, biscuits) and savory (quiche, savory pies), or mixed in proportions of up to 60% with durum or soft wheat flours for doughs that require higher leavening.
