La Fertè stone-ground organic buckwheat flour.

Instructions for use:

The flour is suitable for the preparation of typical regional dishes (pizzoccheri Valtellinesi, polenta taragna), crêpes and unleavened baked goods (biscuits, shortcrust pastries). Mixed at 20-50% with durum and/or soft wheat flours, it can be used for leavened doughs (bread, pizzas, focaccias).
