Instructions for use:

Ideal for direct doughs and the creation of fragrant and crunchy pizzas on a plate, on a shovel or in a pan. Suitable for doughs that require medium maturation times (about 12-18 hours, at a controlled temperature) and good hydration (about 55%), it is designed for professional operators and for domestic use.
