Bronze drawn pasta, slowly dried at low temperatures. Its rough surface perfectly holds all the sauces and its delicate flavour makes it perfect for all recipes, from the simplest and most traditional, such as tomato and basil, to the most complex and original, fish or meat based, and seasonal vegetables.
