Instructions for use:

Ideal for the preparation of sweet pastries (biscuits, tarts) and savory pastries (quiches, savory pies), tempura, batters and bechamel, as well as for the creation of desserts (cakes, frappe) and gnocchi. Naturally gluten-free, rice flour can be used for the preparation of bread, as long as it is mixed with soft and/or durum wheat flours.
