Instructions for use:
Widely used for the preparation of "black bread" in Northern Europe and Northern Italy, it is ideal for making baked goods with fine honeycomb and the typical aroma of the raw material. It can be used alone for unleavened dough (shortcrust pastry, crêpes) or mixed (max 30%) with wheat flours.
