High-fermentation Ale-style craft beer, 100% Sicilian, naturally cloudy as not microfiltered or pasteurized, obtained with ancient Sicilian Russello durum wheat. Medium-bodied, characterized by the sweetness of Pantelleria raisins and the sweetish aftertaste of carob, which give hints of chocolate. Orange in color and slightly opaque, dense and firm foam, slightly pronounced and fine bitter flavor. Serve fresh (about 6 ° C) in a glass or cup.
